6th Grade Party/Dance: SUMMER IS HERE!
On June 8th, we will be celebrating our sixth graders success with a party/dance! We will have a pizza party at lunch and end the afternoon with a dance and fun activities in cafeteria. JJ Bolton will be the D.J! There will also be a photo booth with lots of fun props to take pictures and board game area. Students will need to help put this party on by signing up to decorate, bring in snacks and drinks, and clean up! We need parents to help supervise the clean up, as well. Things you need to know:
- Pizza will be served at 12:30. We are in need of a parent picking up pizzas from My Pizza.
- The party will start at 1:00 and continue until 2:40 P.M. This is regular dismissal time!
- Students will be allowed to change clothes if they would like at noon. School dress code stays the same! However, spaghetti straps can be worn as long as no bra or cami straps are showing.
- Please sign up to bring treats and drinks on Volunteer Spot: http://vols.pt/v7T997
Ancient Greek Days Were a Huge Success!
Thank you so much for all of your help! This three day event would not be possible without the support of our families. Thank you for supplying us with goods for the agora, food for the feast, and for manning Olympic events. This event is 100% planned and organized by the students. They research and share their learning; and they create the theater production, marketplace, Olympics, and feast. It is a huge undertaking - and they did a fabulous job.
